Topic of Sunnyhills Community Breakfast

November 2, 2019

Join us for coffee, tea, and a light breakfast at 8:00AM in classroom 3 at the San Jose City College Extension, 1450 Escuela Parkway, Milpitas. The Decennial Census, April 1 2020, is when every person in America is counted -  we count them once and we count them where they live. Federal funding totaling $675 billion will be decided based on population as determined by the census! Ray Mueller, team lead for the Santa Clara County 2020 Census Partnership team, will share info on the census: who, what, when, where, why and of course how. Ray will also provide information about  the opportunities that exist right in Milpitas to make up to $33 per hour as part of this incredible and historic endeavor. Breakfast is free, cash donations are gratefully accepted. The Community Breakfast is a regular event, the first Saturday of each month (except on holidays) sponsored by the Sunnyhills Neighborhood Association and hosted by the San Jose City College Milpitas Extension.
